Dorraine Budke is the founder of Massage Solutions of Bend, and former co-founder of Face to Face Day Spa, Bend’s first Day Spa. Voted Best Massage Therapist of Central Oregon, Dorraine has been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years and in Oregon since 1995.

I came to Bend for all the wonderful outdoor sports Central Oregon has to offer and my deep love of nature. I believe exercise and fresh air are so important for a balanced life.

I have been certified as a Personal Trainer since 2000, so working out and staying fit have been important elements in my life. While understanding the body and how it works has always fascinated me, I have also had a keen interest in the Holistic approach to healing, most of my adult life. Realizing how much healing and overall wellness can be achieved with massage, has lead me to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.

While certified in many modalities, including Sports, Hot Stone, Cupping, Prenatal, Cranial Sacral and Orthopedic Massage, I pay close attention to what the client’s personal needs are.

I pride myself on my ability to provide a dynamic and fluid massage style. I incorporate all of my relevant massage skills into every massage, giving every client the most comprehensive and effective treatment.

I enjoy affecting a positive change in the world and massage is the vehicle I have chosen to use to make that change. A sense of well-being starts in the body. When we feel physically well, we can more easily face our day to day stresses with a sense of peace.
