Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to ensure a full massage session. As a service based business, your appointment secures a massage time just for you. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your set appointment. It is best to do this by phone, email or online. Same day cancellations are charged at 50% of scheduled services. We appreciate the nature of illness, and would rather you stay at home and get well. Emergencies will be given special considerations.

Swedish
Practiced for centuries, Swedish massage is the most popular in the US, using a variety of techniques that aid in recovery from stressful activity by increasing blood flow, flushing toxins and keeping ligaments and tendons supple leaving you relaxed and refreshed all at the same time.
Deep Tissue
Your practitioner will seek understanding of your site-specific musculoskeletal history and or acute issues. Slow deeper penetrating strokes loosen knots, break up old scar tissue allowing oxygen-rich blood to begin the removal of tension and start the healing process. The full benefits may be realized immediately and continue days later as lingering pain and nagging problems disappear!
Sports Massage
For the athlete and those with an active Bend lifestyle often resulting in very sore muscles or sport related injuries. Sports massage focuses on relevance to a particular sport or injury to help increase performance or accelerate recovery. This massage is usually sight specific and not given to the entire body, just tell us where it hurts!
Pre-Natal
This prenatal massage is centered on you, your precious little one, and the ever changing body during pregnancy. Our therapists are sensitive to the needs of expectant mothers and will provide maximum comfort offering specialized prenatal body cushions, side-lying massage modalities to address daily aches and pains. Using organic pregnancy safe oils and lotion to assists delicate belly skin as it stretches, warm towels to sooth aching feet, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
Hot Stone
This powerful ancient therapy combines the healing warmth of basalt stones that penetrate deeply into sore or fatigued muscles, releasing tension and stress. Cool invigorating marble stones are strategically placed aiding in tissue recovery and circulation. This combination produces a deeply relaxing experience.
